When you submit the contact form, the data is sent directly to our website backend hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The inquiry is delivered to our company inbox. AWS processes this data on our behalf:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Message content

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain contact inquiries for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is required for a contract, accounting obligation, legal claim, or dispute.

Please do not include special category data or unnecessary confidential information in the message field.

With your consent, we use the following analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website:

• Segment — analytics routing layer. Collects page views and interaction events and forwards them to the destinations below. No form field values are included in events.
• Google Analytics 4 — website usage statistics. Google may process data in the EEA and the United States.
• Hotjar — session recordings and heatmaps. All form inputs are suppressed (data-hj-suppress) so no personal data is recorded in session replays.
• Cookiebot by Usercentrics — consent banner, consent storage, cookie declaration, and consent records.
